• T-shirts: A return fee of $5/€5/£5 will be charged.
• Hoodies: A return fee of $15/€15/£15 will be charged.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels and tags still attached.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please notify us at store@postosocial.com within 30 days of receipt. In your email, include a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence.
4. Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, a claim must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact us at store@postosocial.com with your order number and tracking details.
5. Faulty on Our Part
If the error in your order is due to our mistake, we will take full responsibility and cover all costs associated with correcting the error. This includes shipping fees for returning the incorrect item and dispatching the replacement.
